My FE is converted into supermoto. Using the stock suspension I should I set up my suspension? I am about 210 lbs. Please tell me in details cause I know nothing about suspension setup! I am looking for the FS rear shock and FS forks or FE forks that I would get modified. Thanks!

I have an '03 fe 400 and will be using it a lot less on the bitumen and was wondering how much difference there is between the mx and enduro setup. I seem to go through fork seals every 60 hours of riding and I think it's cause I'm jumping too much. Any ideas?
