Where does the stock overflow hose go on an FS650? My bike came with an aftermarket catch can and it just broke so I need to put it back to stock until I can get a new catch can. Thanks, Mike

Are the support bolts that hold the rad in place on an FS650c studs that are welded in or are they left hand threaded bolts? I had my throttle side upper rad mount shear off yesterday during a ride.It is the mount that secures the rad to the frame throttle side on the top of the rad.

I guess my radiator cap did not do what it was supposed to do, because at one point during my last ride, the coolant got so hot (I was trying Motul Motocool for the first time and I will keep experimenting with it) that it blew out, but instead of going through the overflow hose, it blew through...

jepp, that´s it... the radiator guards are to tight to the radiator and it makes small holes in the radiator... I had to cut the radiatorguards to make more space inbetween, and fix the holes with chemical metall... anyone else with this problem? /Rikard

Does the radiator cap on a '00 FC501 cross-reference to any other automotive application that anyone is aware of? I'm wondering if it's a common size with a common spring rating or anything. For instance, I know the P/N for the radiator cap on my '89 Yamaha FZR400 crosses with the radiator...

Recently going over my 04 FE450 after a wash & I noticed the bottom radiator mount has broken off the frame. The rubber isolator piece on the stub mounted to the frame is not appearing to come off without destroying it. I'm a little stumped on how to attached the short stud back to the frame...

I was staring at a few different model's of bikes last night, after looking i see that even though berg did get the tank away from the radiator there is still room for more exhuasting! I feel the need to cut the 06 shroud a bit more. I'll post some pic's when it looks right!

Would like to know if there is anyone out there making or could make the round rods that the radiator deflectors slide on? I dont like the new plastic rods, aluminium please.

I have a 98 Husaberg 600 Elduro. It runs strong but not so reliable. I am getting lots of servicing done that is fine but I have had to walk out of the desert a couple of times. The main problem seems to be overheating.. I think that is mainly as I don't race but I charge up and down big...
