I just crushed one of my radiators and was wondering if a 2011 KTM radiator would fit my FE390. Does anybody know the part number for the clutch side radiator or if there is an after market radiator set that might cool better than the stock ones?
thanks for your input in advance.
Hi guy!
Anyone have used the Twin-Air oil cooling radiator?
It is OK to fit it on the 450FE 2009 Zab?
Doesnt look to have a lot of room forb that due the shape of the tank at left side???
Looking at the pictures and the drawings in the parts manuals, the radiator from a 2007 FE 450 (800.35.010.100) and one from a 2004 FE 550 (800.35.010.000), appear to have the same mounts and connections. Does anyone know if that is correct? Other differences that would make the swap not work...
Hey
I was a little bit to quick and bought a radiator on Ebay, the seller said it fitted Husaberg FE FC FS 400 501 600 650

Can any one suggest the best place to buy a non fill side Rad. I mushed mine pretty good yesterday. still works but needs replaced. I'd like to keep them stock sized so they can go with the Rad Guards I'm going to order.
Thanks
I've got coolant leaking from here..
I've only put the bike back together after the fuel pump drama and chasing more hose, had it idling and it would dribble fairly bad. Cap off, no leak. Did replace the coolant with 'Engine Ice', just drained the coolant from the radiators when I pulled them...
Hi does anyone know where I can get a 90'C thermo plug for the radiator fan in Australia?
I looked at the ones in the states but they want around $25 just for postage pfffft.
Does anyone know what type of power connector the radiator fan uses to connect to the bike? Or the part number for it? I pulled up the wiring Harness at http://www.cyclebuy.com/husaberg/manuals/2011_FE390.pdf but I'm not sure which connector is used to power the fan.
Why would my 550 blow the radiator hose off of the water pump housing? the first time was when I didnt get a full kick in on it I accidentally gave it a lil gas when kicking it, this resulted in me nearly getting thrown over the handle bars and the radiator hose? getting blown off the water pump...
Dealers / Berg Parts specialists...Forum member Berger has kindly shown me the light and I need these or similar to mount my fan to 04 550 radiator (running 06 up tank) can some one assist / supply me / help...I'd think they're part of a standard kit,
Would like to order yesterday....send me...
I need a radiator hose but the dealer is only offering the entire OEM assembly (3 hoses and thermostat housing) Part # 81235013144 http://cyclebuy.com/husaberg/husaberg_pdf/2010_FE390.pdf.
I only need the small hose with 2 90 degree turns attached to the bottom of thermostat housing...
just put a big dent in my 08 550 radiator and im gettin some leakage from the overflow now but nowhere else and its gonna cost more than i want for a new one in aus... should i replace?? any alternatives?? aftermarket etc??
Anyone use the MSR radiator guards? They are 1/3 the cost of the others. But MSR does not make any specifically for the Husabergs (09-11), so one must figure out which KTM radiators are the same as the current Husaberg ones.
Hello all...
I have a 2010 FE450 with a radiator fan installed (dealer). On the last two rides (very technical, gets really hot, fan always coming on), my fan just stops working after an hour or two of riding. The first time, after the ride I checked the fuse and it was blown, so I replaced it...

Hi all.
Enjoying my first berg, a 2010 FE450. Somewhat crushed my right side radiator on Spruce Trail in Left Hand Canyon (Boulder, CO). Anyone know of an afetrmarket that is anything more reasonable than the $400 for OEM?
Hell of a ride by the way. If you like 5MOH, you'll love it...
