I am looking for the Idle emulsion tube that fits under the pilot jet for my PHM38. As far as I can tell, I am looking for Dellorto part #9980. In the Husaberg parts manual, it is called the Mixture jet tube. Does anyone know of a good place to buy carb parts that might actual stock this thing...
I'm a Husaberg newbie, but I'm already hooked. Never give up, never surrender....
I had Lineaweaver tune the inside jetting for my Dellorto 02' FE501E last week to 7K-10K feet (good job Dale!). But I should have had Dale "baseline" the carb cutaway slide and outside screws too for this...
Dellorto gurus !
When trying to set my mixture and idle screws, the smoothest running is with the mixture screw all the way in.
I notice the little washer and rubber is missing and wondered if that could be the reason.
Please advise

I have attached what seems to be a comprehensive guide to tuning. Might come in handy on my quest to tune my beast and get more petrol into the motor than out of the overflow.
Was looking in the Doc but not much info for 600's and the Dellorto.
Might be handy for older berg owners. Was...
I need to send an invoice to a fellow who won my former Dellorto on eBay and I'd like to get an idea of the exact weight (lbs and oz).
Does anybody know? Dale?
Thanks for helping!
Im going to attempt to fit a DIY hotstart to my Dellorto.
I have some 6mm tube and a tap type thing but I was wondering how you attach the tube/pipe to the manifold?

I have been running one of Dale Lineaweavers LRX2 cams in my 2000 501 for 18 months now. I initially tried to use my standard jetting but had an over rich condition below 5000 rpm that I could not resolve my self so I asked Dale for some jetting help.

Hello all,
I just recently picked up a 97 FE501. It runs a little funky and I think it needs a rejetting. Can anyone tell me where I can find jets for the stock 40mm Dellorto round slide? Preferably a US dealer. Also, has anyone swapped a Mikuni on to one of these bikes? Is there any advantage...
