Cruising at 4th at 100km/h when suddenly engine stop and locked rear wheel thoug something has happening in gearbox but nothing there unusual it is free to shift but can not kick start the motor.Check the oil it was new and filters also and oil is full of Fuel smell lika a gas station he he so i thing some piston rings have say good bye and the piston and cylinder is not in good condition .So now i have a reason to totally rebuilt this motor FC470E and change all lagers and bearings and sealers but i like to know what is better from newer versions to use then the 2001 model of this motor
Nothing looks broken from outside wief but i am sure piston is already destroyed and valves will be changed but i have to look better in the cellar to see how it is there
Taffy if you read this give me some list of better parts to use insted those orginals from this model :twisted:
