As I read all the different opinions about jetting This mine now with highest HP output.

Sea level at about 18-20degrees bike 650cc 2004

42 pilot
needle OBEKR second from top
main jet 170

with pump on
valves 35-31,5 5lineaweaver)
complete FP exhaust

what can i say that isn't insensative! i guess that that's what works for you!

42PJ. too rich but then i don't sit on a dyno in 5th gear and zero revs!

as for the 170MJ? no commwnt!

to taffy,
with all respect but when I go leaner for supermoto It do not work,Trust me I have tried it,also I tried a leaner main jet 165 with poor result;
