there is hid xenon kit on my husaberg and im a bit confused because its connected right to H4 socket. i havent ride the bike yet because it was in project stage when i bought it.

Few questions, wich should i choose;

-does it work because light circuit is 12v AC?

-if i disconnect the red wire which goes regulator and coil and connect it to after ignition switch to battery circuit will the charger handle it or is it too weak?

-if i add a transformer that changes the AC current to DC will it work after that? (diod bridge thing or something like that)

-take it off and install halogen instead?

Please describe what you mean by a Xenon kit. Any numbers or a manufacturer's name on it?

Xenon bulbs are powered from a control unit (ballast). The control unit runs off DC voltage, usually straight off the battery. Some Xenon bulb kits will let you use the H4 socket. I would suspect that under normal circumstances the SEM stator would probably produce enough DC voltage to keep it running. Although the SEM's durability has always been an issue, there output specs are very respectable (when they work, they work well).
