You can if you find the right person. 2 years ago a guy bought a 450 Husqvarna with a Green Sticker was able make it Street legal. How if You try now almost impossible. For people who don’t know green sticker you can ride all year long off-road. They don’t issue them anymore. Only red sticker you can ride 8 months a year off-road. So now only red sticker or License plate (street legal) when I saw this post I jump on fast hoping to get it! Only other way would to get a street legal 570 a turn it in a 390 or 450 not really feasible but do able. I have a lot of 70*bikes thinking of turning one into a FS450 plated.
