Personnally I wouldn't let race tech touch anything that I own, or my friends if I could help it. I had a very negative experience with them regarding a set of 50mm WP extreme forks a few years back. They actually broke them and were unable to secure the parts to fix them. I ended up finding the parts myself, then took them to Steve at Clean racing in Tustin California and he had no problem setting them up for me.
If you are interested give him a call at 714-434-9201. I sincerely doubt that it's going to cost you $4-500 to get these forks set up unless they have broken/damaged parts. Steve has been around for a long time and knows what he is doing, and he's no BS'er.
