i have the mitsuba sm14 starter now,with new brushes, but it can not turn over the engine, i have a 2001 husa fe650e , 644ccm, the starter just sqeel ,but when i hold down the decomp arm, it turns ok, but as soon as i let go off the arm it just sqeels
