Does the 09 bergs have restrictions on their titles or MSO?

I am looking to see if the words Restricted use or OHV only stamped on the title or MSO.

It depends upon what state you buy the bike in. Some require the "for offroad use only" and some do not.

My MSO had no restrictions, an odometer statement was all that was required other than insurance verification for the State of Oklahoma to give me a tag :))
