our offroad club had a womens ride out last saturday,

turned out only 3 girls would be going,
We changed it to a "couples ride out" us guys going along just to make sure the girls didnt run into any trouble,

We also had the job of grilling some food after the ride,

turned out to be a great day,

Really cool landscape. Bit of a cross between Newfoundland and the Arctic. Looks like great places to ride a dirt bike. Where those geothermal plants in the background? What kind of 4X4 Truck was that in the middle of the vehicles? Wow!
 
It is for sure a great place for riding,

your right , they are geothermal plants ( steam used to generate electricity)

the truck is my Landrover Defender 110, 4 " lift and 37" tires on 15x12" rims

Yes Iceland is a great place to ride motorcycles and
Husaberg is the best bike for riding in Icelandic Highlands
with there high backbone airbox.
Good for river-crossings were rice-burners would drown. :twisted:
 
So is there spots you can pull off the trail and soak your bones in a hot pool or are they all too hot or used for power??? If I arrive in a row boat with my Husaberg do you think they would reject my refugee claim?
 
it is possible to bath in many areas,

bye the way , why would you need a row boat, just connect a propeller to the husy engine ::wink:
 
good stuff iceberg,its always good to see what sort of country others ride in.
should be more of it.maybe some action shots as well next time.
