wires to speedobacklight ??

Can anyone tell me the colours of the wires to the backlight on my 650 -03 speedo ??

I've figured out most of the wires but can't get the backlight to light up.

Is it the triangular connector with the red-black-brown wires in it ?

That 3 pin plug is your main power supply.

If you are not using that then you wont get a backlight and you will also be replacing internal batteries to power the unit all the time.

Connect up the plug and you will have your backlight and also not require the internal battery

As I suspected then...

But it's 3 wires in the plug so what goes where ??

Red, black and brown I think..
