hi guys

my friend has offerd me a stator but its off a 450fe! 2004 model dose any one know if this part will fit my 501fc?2000model.....(he lives about 300mile away from me or i would try it)

and could any one tell me where i could buy some n style graphics from?

I dont think it will fit yours and to make it fit takes quiet abit of work.
All 2003 bikes and below have Sem stators and a Delorto Carby.
The 2004 models have the Keihin MX FCR Carby and Kokusan digital ignition.
Probably easier to get your stator rewound by a guy called sparks on this forum.

Blazba, it can be done but it is not a straight foward fix, you will need new ignition cover pick up fabricate a thiick spacer come gasket and you will need the kokusan cdi as well.
If you look in the doc it is documented in there.
Or like Faktor said I could rewind your original.
