Will any over kick start shafts fit a fe650 03 I can't find 1
And I am not paying 312 pound plz let me no or no any one that breaking one or where I can get one from thanks

All kickstart shafts from 2001 onwards will fit.

According to the parts manual, the 01 and the 03 are different part numbers. When I snapped my 01, I bought one used from boss and it was a 96 I believe. So if you are correct, the early shafts should fit also. Not saying you are wrong, just saying.

the 03 is a solid bit of kit. the sledge key doesn't touch the sledge plate - it is left to the body of the kickstart shaft to stop against the plate. they also stopped having a groove around the start of the splines some time then. the groove was a weakness and caused the shafts to snap flush with the cover.
