Wider axle front wheel axle...?

Hello, recently I bought some triple clamps with less offset, around 11mm.It was a sweet otion to buy them, because I was searching long time to found them. The pre-owner said that the yokes fits perfectly but when I tried to instal them,I found that fits to frame but they are 12mm wider from factory yokes...A machine shop made me spacers for disc and axle.
The only issue is that the axle its a bit inside the fork boot,2mm in non brake side and 10mm in brake side.I am not sure if I will have problem with rigidity but I was wondering if some ktm model have a wider axle and fits to my 07 650.

Does anyone know something...?

Hi sotosberg,

I have a set of 11mm -14 mm KTM 5860109901404 clamps that are 20mm wider.
I brought a piece of 4130 Chrome Moly tube, of the correct inside dia, (22mm or 7/8'')
and turned it between centres, having the hole through the centre
makes the job quite easy.

There is probably a part available but don`t know how you would find the number.

Spanner,I am not the best in English,so if I understand right, you put those chromoly spacers betwin fork leg and hub?If you mean that,I have already machined spacers for hub and disc too.But the 12mm wider clamps extracts the fork legs wider. So the front wheel axle now is a bit inside in fork leg and its not approach the outer side of fork leg as with the factory clamps.I am wondering if I could find a longer axle for another model...To avoid any possible ridity problems...

Thanks
