Do a proper air screw adjustment. Then change the plug no matter what it looks like. Oh turn the fuel off and then on with choke and see which one starts better?

Did you set the valves on TDC compression? Sounds like you set them on overlap if the bike will not start at all.

fe600racer said:Does sound like values not sealing, check that you had the decompression lever not effecting that adjustment. Failing that it could be the stator particularly if sem type. They when damaged could start perfectly when cold but not when hot. If you stall when going slow this may point to ignition. What I mean is why are you starting the bike when hot? Is it choice or due to what you think is flaming out. One more thing, take the air screw out and make sure the o ring is not torn. That simple thing could be the cause.
