I'm 315 and looking for a new rear spring. The Racetech calculator doesn't provide the rates I'm looking for with this bike. As an aside, any idea which KTM model shares this shock? I'm guessing there are more springs available for the KTM models.

I wish I had more direct answers, but in case it helps then you can cut springs to make them stiffer. (Or collapse windings with heat, which has the same effect as far as I know. In other words, the number of active loops determine the stiffness: Fewer = stiffer. - Like a shorter springboard is stiffer than a long springboard!)

The Husaberg PDS shock and the the KTM shock are not the same because of how the reservoir is lined up on either bike (opposite). However, any 250mm or 260mm length PDS KTM spring will work perfectly on your Husaberg. The shock springs between the two bikes are identical if both bikes are PDS shocks (no linkage).
Cannon Racecraft in Oklahoma makes most of the springs that aftermarket suspension companies sell. They will custom make you any spring you want in any rate you want.
I am running a 8.6 rate spring on my Husaberg and I go 235 no gear. You can easily find a PDS spring for your weight. I will guess you will need a 9.6 spring or so.
Call Slavens Racing in Colorado. He is an old suspension guy and he will help you with the spring rate for your Husaberg. He can sell you the spring too.
Using a KTM spring calculator for a Husaberg won't work right because the mounting angles are different. The 2008-20011 450 or 530 xcw would be pretty close though.

Another option:
If you are looking for a straight rate non-progressive spring there are huge numbers of options available since you can also use automotive coil-over springs with cheap adapter spacers sold by Racetech. It worked great for my FE570. There is nothing special about straight rate motorcycle springs except they are always priced much higher than automotive coil-overs and it is more difficult to get specifications. If you get the right free length and ID you can use the spacers and order Eibach or other brands of coilover springs from Summit racing or your favorite source. You'll need to do a simple calculation or use google to change the units from lb/in and make sure you purchase the correct ID that matches up with the Racetech spacer. You may need to have your shock revalved to adequately control the higher spring load.
