Hello all. I am looking into manufacturing the F-Bushing for the Husaberg's.
The F-Bushing has been used on KTM's for 5 years now with excellent results and many satisfied riders! It is the alternative to repalcing the hiem joint. It does not rust, is very easy to maintain, and very easy to install.
The KTM's use a 12mm bolt at the bottom of the shock and the Husa's use a 10mm bolt.

I would like to take orders via PayPal. The cost is $30 + $5 in the US. Shipping outside the US can differ.
If interested please send monies to [email protected]. You may also email me at [email protected] for any questions?

Taffy, you get a free F-Bushing for helping out so much late last year.

What Husaberg swing arm uses a heim bearing? I don't think my '05 does. The bottom shock mount is completely different than a KTM.

The parts manual for '05 shows a bushing that goes in the bottom mount, but it definitely is not a heim bearing like on a KTM.

i think the bush you see is in a swing arm but the bush you would get is to go in both ends of your shock. this must be an example photo of what is already manufactured.

i would say they would be very handy in the north USA and canada plus all of europe etc.

i gave rob some help getting years, models and IDs sorted etc.

regards

Taffy

The bearing in the Ktm swing arm is the same bearing in the Husaberg's lower shock
mount with different size bushings! But the berg bearing will out last the Ktm's
three to one.Not an issue for now but maybe next year Rob.

I have the x- bushing in my ktm & it seems to be holding up good enough . I dont think I would buy another though . For twice the money you can get the real deal Heim joint that would outlast the plastic one probably 10-1

Mine is.Though, like boss says, for some reason they do seem to outlast the ktm.The most I could get out of ether KTM was 1 year(stock and pivot works, greased and not)but the berg is starting the third year with no issues.
