Post ktm building bergs ie 2005 up is anyone getting more than 20,000km without top or bottom end rebuild? Which bikes last the longest
...450/550/650 ?
 
Hello

My 2004 FE550 went 24,000km before a failure, broken valve spring. 38,000km still on original piston and clutch then broke another valve spring.

I'm certainly hoping after spending 1300 quid plus on my engine bits for the rebuild it lasts that long without any major work!
