which 570FE to choose?

Hi everyone. I am going to purchase a 570FE and have a question. I was told by a TEC that one year had an "open loop" or "closed loop" injection system and it did not have all the polution and emissions junk on it. It ran stronger with plenty of over-rev etc. Which year was it? I was told 2010? Thank You

2009 had an Oxgen sensor which is closed loop EFI
2010 had no Oxygen sensor which is open loop EFI

ninayu61's bike has no Oxygen sensor and hawranek's bike (20110313(002) O2 sensor.jpg) has an Oxygen sensor.

There looks to be a bit of pollution "junk" on the 2011 models. Check this post out:

Dealers can re-map the 2009's to run without the Oxygen sensor (Open Loop).
2010's are sweet with no Oxygen sensor.
The above post shows how to remove the pollution stuff on the 2011's.

My 2011 has 02 sensor, and came with cat and second air valve.

But I have only the 02 in place, and hopefully I can delete it after I plug my Berg user setting tool into the ecu. Installing PLX wideband also to monitor afr.

Good info here. Can anyone tell me if the 2012 models have all these breathing problems? If so is it hard to remove?
