Where can I get a set of frame guards for my '99FE400? I did a quick search on the net and really didn't find any in the U.S., but found a few in Europe. I was hoping to find some a little closer. Thanks for any help.

what kind of guards are you looking for? I noticed a few spots on my frame that could use some protection, so I am building some out of aluminum diamond plate.

I haven't seen any after market stuff, so post some pics.

Her is one of The web site I have found for the frame guards.

That looks a lot like what I was looking to build. A skid plate like the one I made for my truck, plus a pair of small ones to cover the frame where my boots rub at the shifter and brake.

I will use 3M tape to attach it so I don't have to drill the frame, plus the harder the impact, the more that stuff sticks. Removal is painless if needed too.

Newbie, if i were you i would just contact motoxotica. They can probably help you they are good folks. Easy to contact through this site too.

evidently, bazbla has indeed not been able to convince kawikid.

I have only ever seen RH frame guards in alloy and I think I have one on the shelf at the shop, from memory it was about $55Aud.
Best Regards
