Where is the Classified Section?

Please pardon my incompetence but I can not find where is the Classified section.

If it is here and my skill for observing is lacking please direct me.

If it is still in the works, let me know.

Still in the works, sir. I'm currently still trying to get the theme ported over. Once that's done, I'll begin working on replacing the missing features.
