hi all im a new member and am looking at buying a new 2011 fe 570 does any body know when the 2011 model is coming out in australia.

When I picked up my bike today the dealer said September, my little bro sold his car to buy a 570 after riding mine and is now spewing about the 2 month wait :twisted:
thanks guys i spoke to chris at suttos he wasnt sure but said maybe late sep or early oct i was wanting to buy one in the next few weeks . i dont know whether to wait for the new model or what, how much differance could there be
new forks is the main thing, closed cartridge vs open, just for that I would hold off and get the 2011drj2010 said:

yep the local newcastle dealer has two 2010 mods left would the new type forks be better.

Yes definitley a worthy addition. There are some really informative posts covering most of the options and set ups.
My fan comes on a lot on the steep hill single track stuff so I think it is a good idea to get one.
The 2011 bikes have landed in the shops in the UK in the last couple of days.
Forks, headstock, low-fuel light and colour scheme/graphics appear to be the main changes.
