Sold my 2010 FE390 about 8 years ago...still have dreams about that bike. Absolute pig to pick up if you dropped it, but it was by far the most reliable bike I've ever owned. I regret selling it.

I’m not on the site very much anymore, I reluctantly sold my old girl 01 FC470e😔 I still like to look on here and see other people’s projects or see if someone has a issue I can help with? Our dealership in Arizona did some wild mods and builds back in the day! I definitely miss Husabergs, I’m still in the business part time but it’s 90% KTM family now!

Hey. I'm in Te Anau, New Zealand. Still love my FX450. My 17yr old son recently joined the berg club as well, he got himself a 12' FE390. There's a few other bergs lurking around down here too. Love seeing them out on the trails...

Im older, heavier and does not ride my FE450 -12 as much as I would like.
On the upside I've gotten 1 more KTM for me (690 Enduro R) and secured the sucession by getting an other KTM for my oldest and a Husqvarna for the youngest one.

I kitted the 690 with a ralley tower and stuff for off-road use. Rode around east europe for a few weeks. Planning to ride gravel and sand in Estonia in a few months time.
Also planning to get into shape and resume lowest possible level enduro training / competition.

No Husaberg at the moment, but always on the lookout for a screaming deal locally. Pop in here occasionally to see what's going on. :)

I still have my FE390 but keep picking up KTM 950 Adventures for a song- $2600, $1700 and $550. All had racks/Gobi panniers/etc etc. Hoping to make two nice bikes that match so my son (36) and I (61) can do Alaska, Baja, Nova Scotia and points between. One of the three is going to be a hooligan bike on 19/17's.
I got so worn out riding extreme single track here in the Appalachian Mountains with all the young GNCC riders I have begun to turn the 390 into a SM (for the wife, but really looking forward to being a naughty boy on it) and scored a set of FE650 wheels with less than 500 miles, including Behringer's beautiful blue Aeronal front disc (which is up for sale, DM me). I have some Heidenau K73s mounted up, went from a 52t rear to a 42 LOL. Putting a Baja Designs KL80 headlight on with Skene IQ275 dimmer along with street legal signals. I do need to address the suspension (feel free to chime in).
Where I live the mountains and turns are endless so while 570s are insane (I helped open KTM-Parts.com/AOMC so ridden them all including some ex-factory bikes KTM sold off as they do each season (they pull their wheels, suspension and put the 0 hours gear bike on).

Also, I passed 600,000 miles on street bikes in October, so I've been busy!

Cheers and Happy New Year to All!

~Britt

Cheers to hearing about the lurking Bergs and a new member! Post some pics of your bergs in NZ.
