I looked around a bit and didn't see a check-in thread, so figured I'd get it started.

How's everyone doing? What are you up to?

Up to? Relocated to NE Texas from Washington about 5 years ago - still doing 2 wheel stuff - and after I got this ping on this thread - it just reminded me of one of the very few motorcycles I sold in the past that I was sad I did sell and that was my FE-550 - amazing bike...simply stunning. I just hold tight the fact that I was lucky enough to actually own it and ride it.

It's been a while since I've visited the Dark Side...

I started a motorcycle products business about 10 years ago called PowerCell Performance. Mostly specializing in KTM Adventure products. I've still got my 2004 Husy FE750e that I'm still tinkering with. Recently built a complete Öhlins TTx suspension setup for it., and added our SDX505 steering damper using parts from our KTM890R kit. I'm actually thinking about selling it since I haven't had time to ride in far too long. Remember; if you do what you love fro a living, you'll never work another day again. But you'll also no longer have time to do the thing you love... LOL

I am still here in Flagstaff AZ. I currently am dirtbikeless. I'm watching this whole KTM/Husky/GasGas thing.....makes you wonder. I am very interested in the Fantic motorcycle. I have had some Betas in the near past and thought they were great. I heard some rumors that the Husaberg guys might be back in the game soon....is this just a rumor or real??

Rolling along, prepping the 94 FC600 for the Mint 400, rebuilding the carb on the FE550E, Watching the 2000 FC501 get better and better, and building a 2000 FE450 and another 2000 FC500. fun stuff..

About 4 career changes later i ended up selling my 2011 FS570 to a guy starting out. I have had a lot of different bikes but that one was something special. I am looking into adventure bikes now but I'm in no hurry. Hope everyone is doing well!

I had one of the (sorta) famous Resident Evil FS570s. Loved that bike. Had some cam issues with some taffy performance parts, and my local dealer turned into a nightmare to deal with. Sold it basically because of them, never wanted to give them a dime of money after.
The guy that bought it wanted to use it as a snow bike - would have loved to see that.

Sold all bike related stuff in 2005 and had a sex-change. Making bank on onlyfans getting my guts rearranged.

^^^^part of that is complete fiction...you figure it out.

It's definitely been awhile since I've had time on the forums. Sweet sumo build pics above. I've just been busy working, racing Hare Scrambles in District 36 out in Northern California. Still making the Trailjammer Designs guards on the side. www.trailjammerdesigns.com

With prices on new bikes today kind of forces one to read that an "non fiction" ;)

Sold my 08 FE450e a while back and not regretting it one bit. It was a fun bike and one thats hard to compare to newer ones today but with folks selling NOS or used parts now for the price of a kidney the brand will die more i suspect..

I've still got some parts that I'll be parting with when i get the time, so ill mostly hang in the selling part in this forum from now on.

Had my fe450 stolen a few years ago. Turned up at a dealers down south (UK) after they sold to a customer who then tried to register it. Police seized it and called me. Asked to buy it blah blah. Never got the opportunity.

Couldn’t find another so under up on a ktm 350.

Hello everyone. I am actually very surprised I had this ping which take me back to this good old forum and remind me the countless hours I spent on bikes. I still had my 2003 fe470, which I converted from 400, in the graveyard along with the other three that I added to my collection over time. I had some adventures with my gas gas trials and 600rr later on. Then sh*t happens.Life.. I have not cracked a wot for years. And I cannot sell them because I love them and they are my past :)

Hello there from Colorado. I still have my 2009 FE450. It's been well maintained and I consider it still like brand new. In the early years I converted it to an enduro (remember they were brought in as motocross bikes due to regulations) actually putting everything on it to make it street legal and licensed in case I had to use roads in between trails. Besides those upgrades I added the map switch, radiator fan, heat shielded the fuel tank, custom seat and the infamous rear subframe fuel tank. Ethanol eventually dissolved the interconnect between the tanks so I now only have the main tank. The bike is still a beast and I'm impressed every time I ride it. I'm in my 70's so I don't ride as much as I used to, but when I do... yahoo! Can't wait till the snow melts!

KTM is in dire financial straights now so wouldn't it be great if some of those engineers at KTM left to resurrect Husaberg?

Still around in Canberra, Australia. Need to get a new battery and the FE550 registered again. Have been pretty slack about it ;)
