What springs do I need?

My bike (2010 FE570) is to soft, although I like the way it handles.

I weigh 192lb or 87kg without gear, ride mainly enduro or H&H. Fast clubman pace. I'm quite tall so I ride the back wheel a bit more than I should.

I was going to go to 0.46 on the front or maybe 0.48 in the front?

In the rear I don't have a clue, the sag is about right but I do have about 8mm of pre-load dialed in.

Your opinions please.

Mate if you do a little searching you will find a wealth of knowledge on this topic and even suggestions for valving.

Update
I've got some testing done yesterday, thought i'd share.
For reference i'm 6'1 87kg, fast-ish clubman rider. Riding a FE570 '2010 bike.
I have fitted .46n/m front springs/115mm air gap/2 turns pre-load.
Rear I have fitted 7.5n/m 250mm spring (in Orange, yuck  ) set with 6mm of pre-load. Not sure what the race sag is yet, but didn't feel to far out.
Also just got new Maxxis FIM enduro tires, fitted with Michelin mouse in the front and Maxxis mouse in the rear (softer than the Michelin  )
The track was a closed club practice day at Canada Hights, Kent, UK. Conditions warm/sunny (hot for the UK this time of year 8O ) cross country course, open grass fields with some tight tree stuff to brake it up.
Bike was good at first, grip was great on the new tires, didn't notice the change to mouses. Put 2 clicks of rebound on for the new spring. Same on the front, but found I had to remove it as the front was staying to low into corners. I may knock some off the comp in the front, but thats about it. Well chuffed :D
Felt like I could ride it all day at a reasonable pace. Not sure where the clickers are set now, but I will report back.
These bike really are awsome when set up for your weight  not ridden ate race pace for nearly a year, and i'm aching a bit, but I cant wait to get back on the bike and race.
These really do seam to be a great all round bike, i've trail ridden it, and now raced it in most conditions and cant fault it 8)
Just bought some SM wheels, so i'll see how it is on the black stuff next
