well my tech put 110mm air gap in my forks by mistake. :(
how do i rectify it the easy way? :bounce:

open the air screw and pour out of them?

Regards

open top clamp bolts then loosen fork caps then open bottom clamps and take each fork leg out of the clamps then undo the caps slide outer down then...... propper way is to remove the cap then spring then lower the damping rod then use a seringe with some silicon tube with the correct lenth of air gap (tube should measure 120mm if u want the airgap to be 120mm hope this helps

i know that, i dont want do to that much. ther must be a easier way.

about 30ml is i think about 10 mm in oil height

regards

well why would u not want to do it the propper way m8 i know thats the easy way just to seringe some out but u would have to mimik something with the same inside diameter as the fork poor some oil in and take out 10mm and measure how many ml it is does that help m8

your way sound like the way you do it when do a oil change, you talk of taking the spring out and etcetera.
