what is the correct water temp for a FE390?

I have a 2010 FE390 which is a dream, absolutely loving it, every aspect. it's my first ever 4 stroke after years on small bore 2 strokes. As a precaution; and the fact I had to replace the standard instrument panel after getting taken out and hitting a tree i have installed a Trailtech vapor unit.

What i need to know is what is the correct running temp. It's got a water temp kit with 2 warning lights so I was going to have one coming on once warmed up to correct temp and then another coming on when the bikes getting too hot, trouble is I have searched and just can't find the correct water temp anywhere. Any clues...?

Thanks in advance - oh ideally in C please not F

I mounted my Trailtech Temp Sensor on the left hand side of the bike as per this post:

I see temps going from 50C to 104C on the same ride in winter. Not sure why it varies so much. I was thinking the bike has no thermostat, or the left hand side water hose is cool water flowing from the radiator to the engine.
Mine is a 570 by the way

Tin Tin if a fan is fitted it should kick in at around 97-100c. Thermostat opens at 70c. hope this helps

Is that Midwest as in the west country? If so I bought my bike from you guys.

Anyway, so from what you've said the normal riding temp should be about 95 plus and I should set the "Danger overheating" LCD at 100? Just to confirm I want to have one light come on when the bike is warm and the other when it's possibly overheating.

I don't have a fan fitted

Thanks in advance

Hope all is well with the bike Tin Tin.
Rad cap blows at 120C so 95-100C would be good for overheating light.

The Berga will run perfect on the biggest hill you can find, slipping the clutch at 104C. Set the red light on the Trailtech at something over that. I would suggest at least 106C
