Hey there guys,
Often people overlook renewing their domain, and as soon as it's past it's suspension date and into expiration, scalpers snatch it up A) in hopes that you'll buy it from them & B) They will generate some revenue on clickthru's using the traffic that is coming to your site.
It's incredibly common, and you should never assume that they're gone because their website has become yet another domain-for-sale.
