My bikes ceased up can't kick it over managed to kick it a tiny bit with great difficulty electric start won't even budge it I've pulled the cover off and replaced the water pump bearing everything seemed fine btw it's fresh oil with less than 4 hours
What goes here?

if you had the clutch cover off, you prob pulled the kickstart pawl off the ledge and jammed it.
whenever pulling the cover, keep your thumb on the k/s shaft to keep from pulling it off.
if this is the case, it's time to pull the cover and reset it.
proper resetting can be found in the owners doc, accessed from the front page under wiki.
if it seized while riding.... whole diff story
