What clutch master cylinder upgrade for my FS 570?

Hi there, I have a question regarding the clutch MC on my 570, I couldn't get the answer on the forum (all posts I found were about the slave leakage and O ring issues)

I am willing to replace the clutch MC in order to have lighter pull, and to match the nice look of my rcs brake MC.
I was looking at brembo options, smallest piston is 16 ( except for OE MCs )
Is it going to work with the OE slave given that the OE magura was 9.5 piston? should I replace the slave with a sigutech? which one? and most importantly, how to know what slave will match the brembo 16 MC??

Any feedback?
Thanks a lot,
Nico

If you're looking for an easier pull, going to a 16 from a 9.5 is completely the wrong direction.

My little understanding of this is you need to pay attention to the ratio of the mc to sc piston diameter. I don't know the sc diameter. I just know the 570s came with 10.5 or 9.5.

Additionally, the clutch travel is kinda key on the 570. It already is too little travel at full level pull on a 9.5. The 9.5 is easier to pull than a 10.5, but the sc travel due to the 10.5 will be more. Not sure how much. I point out sc travel because the clutch already drags so much with the lever pulled in.

Have you seen the clever lever? Midwest Mountain Engineering makes them.
I have had one for 2 years. Easy comfortable two finger pull, you could mount it inboard more and use it with one finger, I prefer two though.

I just installed a "clever lever" on the 650, I like it a lot. Easy pull, just the right size and it appears to be very durable.

yup this is why I asked about people having changed their SC.
I know pr 16 and stock sc is not an option. But you're right, nevermind the look, I'll focus on finding the right feel first. My stock mc is 9.5, and as you said, it drags a lot with fully pulled lever, although clutch is in fine condition..

Not sure I get the point about the clutch travel, 10.5= harder to pull but less drag?

I'll check for this midwest mountain lever idle and goose mentioned about! I can't get my stock lever pulled in fully with 2 fingers, as my other fingers block it, and I cant move the lever away from the grip because of the handguards :s midwest mountain sounds like an easy fix

What i'm saying is the 10.5 will push more fluid, thus should push the sc further. Without measuring any of this, there is no way to know how much further it will push.

hi guys, so I ended up buying the MME engineering like yours (for my magura 2) and installed it yesterday, happy with it till I spotted that the rod pin was too short (i reused the one from the magura since none was included with the lever)

Impossible to engage prperly.. I remove the allen adjuster and put a bolt instead to push further the rod pin (to the extend it almost slip out of its case)

did you guys used the magura rod pin with the lever? mine looks about §/7mm too short too engage normally...
did you replace this dowel pin?
