Yeah,

very nice, looks like it was a fine day for a ride, I was tryin to spot what the guy was launching off (coz of the apparent trajectory), or is that a Hoverberg?

Bout the only photo my riding buddies would have got for me yesterday was me face don in the gravel with my 550 on top of me... "are you allright mate?" - "Yeah, but I'd be better if the bike wasnt on top of me".

His name is Dhoyt I think on the UHE and he's a customer of NSMAN's, we all are down here I guess.

If he was hovering, it wasn't for long. lol

the gallery answered the question i had about the landing. broken bike easier and less painful than broken person though

Pic#44 shows a bad thing waiting to happen to DHoyt

He needs to reowork the front brake and speedo line routing/support and/or stiffen it... 8O

Cheers and great photos.

Go away for a week and look at all the fun I missed...you are quite correct chilledspode hoyt is tall in stature and has bar risers installed and wanted a longer front brake line to suit...I can also see we have to make a change there!Thx

Not as scary now, as in the cable brake days, but could still easily put you on yer head... :) not to mention doing nasty things to expensive bits.

Cheers

Yes, yes, that was me airing out the 'berg and I wasn't able to stick the landing and many thanks to Kelsow for getting pictures of it.. haha. For the record, I did the same jump about 5 minutes later and was able to stick the landing although it wasn't pretty. We had a great ride and the weather was GREAT for being this far north in January! Hopefully we'll get out again this coming weekend.

Cheers,
Dave
