Weird stalling issue FE390

I use to have issues with power supply on fuel pump.
After a lot of measurements found that the ecu is giving only 4v to fuel pump. Now the pump is connected to fuse 4 and is working ok but some times still stall.
 
This sounds like a bottom up check:
- Wires not broken
- Fuel-filters not blocked
- Air-box not leaking
- central computer not broken
When all of these are OK ignition wiring and ignition coil could be bad.
Beyond that it becomes interesting;)
