i Have the same issue that bike leaks water from weep hole. Both seals (0-ring and seal) have been replaced 50-km ago, when the engine was rebuilded.
So do i have to change both seals again?

if the bike leaks only water then you have to replace the water seal, you have to remove the water pump cover and change the seal, it's easy but you should be careful not to damage the seal housing. I replace the oem seal with a rubber one (10x18x6), because the housing had lots of deep scratches and stop the leak...

BTW, my leak stopped on its own. It hasn't leaked in a while (200+ km). Coolant level is staying the same now.

I think it must have leaked at first due to either:
-Hot hot coolant
OR
-Seal hadn't "broken in" yet

Anyway, it's good now (and I have three different spare seals for future use).
