Out here in the west, the Marine Base at 29 Palms is looking to expand, unfortunately they want to expand onto our largest riding area out here, and it would basically decimate it.
Johnson Valley OHV is one of, if not the largest OHV area in the US and has been my home riding area for the last 25 years, we have fought numerous land use battles over the last 20 years to keep it open.
And now we need everyone's help to keep it open. While I totally support our troops, I do not support this expansion, there is plenty of land to the east for them to expand onto.
Please go here: http://www.hidesertstar.com/ and in the lower left corner please select the yes I support the expansion but not onto the Johnson Valley OHV area.
