Water in oil

I have a 2002 fe 501 which is getting coolant in the oil. I have replaced water pump seal and o ring for gearbox cover. Suspect it is a head gasket failure?? Is this common??
 
No, its very UNcommon.

the favourite place is at the water jacket O ring in the left covewr. this has to be at least 2.5mm thick still.

also, onw drop of water goes a long way and can take two oil changes to truly disappear.
