Wanted to LOAN 17L Clarke Tank for '08 Safari

Hi just got back from the Condo 750 rallye in NSW (Australia) and my mate that rode my '07 Safari bike is now keen to do the Safari this year.

Unfortunately it will be a very tight budget to be able to get him to the start line in Kalgoorlie in August.

So was wondering if anyone in Australia with a 17L Clarke tank would mind lending it to us for about 3 weeks so he can do the event. :?:

He is a top rider, an ex-A grade national level MXer from the late 80's and early 90's, used to ride with Leisky etc, rarely if ever crashes ( I have only known him to put it down twice in the last 8 years)

Obviously if any damage is done to it we would either make good or replace it.

Anyhow let me know as soon as you can if you think it may be possible.

He's a Bunbury boy, best if I let him make the call about his ride in the Safari this year. I'm just trying to help pull it together for him.

Hi is there no one in Australia that can help out with this ??

Its a big dent in a very small budget to pay out $550 for a one off use for 7 days.
