Ok, so I bought some parts in the US in march, motorcycle related but not Husaberg. 2 boxes were to go by air and the rest by boat. I have recieved the boxes but not the rest. I mailed an calles several times when it exceeded 8 weeks delivery time. I asked many times for a fax with the shipping receipt, but none so far. Last call the guy said it was held up at customs, but he would fax me the receipt anyway. Another couple of weeks have past and nothing, so I call again. He says he feels bad and will sent another box to help me out for a while, this was free of charge. To my own surprise I recieved the box. But still now news on the rest of the parts and I am short for parts with a value of around 6000USD. By now my patience has run out and I want to take some action. I heard about a US government website where you can file a complaint regarding internet fraude or something. Anybody know about this? Or is a Husaberg rider in the US that happens to be a lawyer present?
I will make a final call tomorrow and then I will pursue legal action.
