Howdy folks,

I’m checking to see if anyone has any information on getting a new slip on muffler or even full exhaust system for our beloved bergs. I got a 2010 fx 450 and have been looking for a while with no luck. If anyone here has any input that would be greatly appreciated! Or if anyone has a used aftermarket stuff :)

The aftermarket slip on mufflers for KTM models produced around the same period will fit. If you are buying used just measure the mounting bolt spacing to confirm.
 
I ran a full FMF megabomb system on my 2010FX450. The muffler was for a KTM as that was all they had. I did have to cut a relief in the plastic subframe, just above the forward mounting point to make room for the larger FMF mount. It did not effect the strength or integrity of the subframe.

Just fitted a KTM SXF 250 (2011-2012) exhaust onto my 2011 Husaberg FE450 so what is stated above is indeed correct. Part number 77105079000. It will save you 400gr or so as well and sound was quieter then I expected. Like stated many times before there is a massive reduction in heat although I installed on par with an EFK.
