Ovalized the left inner and outer tube of my fork. I’m looking for either just those parts, or a whole fork. I have a 2011 fe 450. If you don’t have the parts for sale, I’d also appreciate advice — or just a link to a clear description— of what models and years of KTM forks will fit. I’m new to this bike! And I understand that KTM parts will fit, but my local shop hasn’t been able to give me clear direction on what years/models of forks I can buy (either Husaberg or KTM or aftermarket). All info helps!

Thanks-

Did you go talk to Fritz at Gunnison Powersports? He may have a spare or know of parts. He was a husaberg dealer.

Fritz has had the bike for over a month now and has so far been zero help. I asked him what forks will work a couple times and he has been unable to answer, very odd and had made my question if this is actually tricky, but seems there are actually a lot of options and he’s just not interested. Going to get the bike back and deal myself.

Ah, bummer. I've seen him get like that before. Sorry but yes the outer and inner tubes should be salvageable from other ktm models

I have a really nice set of closed cartridge forks from my 2012 FE570, they will fit your 2011 FE450 perfectly.

Sending you a PM.

Cheers,
Lukas

I have a clean set of WP forks , Upper & lower triple trees complete ,Berringer caliper & wave rotor with front axle bolt/nut from an 06' FS 650.
I had planned on swapping this set up into my FE 450 , however realized the disc is much larger & I would likely damage it as I ride alot of deep mud & rocks.
This was of many parts I purchased from a bike being parted out due to drop valve engine.

If interested let me know & I'll figure out a fair price for it all plus shipping.

PM would be best

Thanks---Don

Thanks Lukas- Just sent you a message.

Don’t- I’d like to stay newer than ‘06, but will keep this in mind.

Thanks, August
