Want my headlights to stay on after bike off

Hello👋, as you can see I wasn't sure how to tittle this thread. Essentially I used to have a 450FX that I wired a light kit to the controls - put a fuse- then straight to battery (10A).
So I (or anyone haha) could turn on the lights whenever, since the light switch was live. I now have a 570 FE and I put all OEM wiring 😙 love it, so clean and neat. Only issue is, when coasting with the bike off or if I just need the light on for a second, I have to thumb the starter to get the lights on. And even then, it only stays on for about 5 seconds.
I live at the bottom of a very hilly area, so at night I like to turnoff my bike a couple blocks away from home and Neutral coast it with the bike off. 😎 INCOGNITO MODE.

My question is, I saw a thread a WHILE back that showed which two wires on the CDI you can connect to keep the bike's electronics live. I'm assuming this won't drain my battery since the headlight switch will be switched off when parked. I have hard copies of the bikes repair manual and electrical diagram. I just need a little direction to either the old thread or a quick answer on which two wires to connect. Thanks in advance ,Cheers

i din't know where you saw it but there will be a live coming out of the starter solenoid. that is a good place to start. that is always live and it will go up to the igntion area at the front of the bike thinking 'where is the ignition key'. there will bhe a live jack there I suspect.
