On the reccomendation of a riding buddy, I just bought and mounted a Vision X Solstice lamp on my 2011 FE570S. Wow, what an improvement! I highly reccomend this light to anyone. The light is very compact at 2x 2x 2.5 inches, it is well built, uses 10 watts-3/4 amp of power and provides 900 lumens of light. It is a bright white light that you can see with very well at night.
For anyone out ther who was dissatisfied with the factory light on these bikes, I think this was a great purchase, and it is very affordable compared to some other lights on the market right now.
