Vinyl Tank Graphics, did i get screwed?

wow thats a good site marcell, if i would have know about that before i paid these ya-who's i $300 bucks for what they did i would have done that......now i dont have any more money on this project

I think that if i were running a vinyl company that I would want to get customer feedback so that a mistake like this would not happen again. I would also replace your graphics at no charge.... as it would have been my fault for not knowing the proper material used on that particular application.
Grow a pair and let them know... If they start coming up with a bunch of excuses and trying to somehow turn it around on you, then you know what type of business they are running and you can badmouth them til your dying days. You could also take it to another shop and have them give u a second opinion and more tech info before confronting your vinyl "specialist".

LOL i did let them know already before i made this thread, i rode the bike in and had the lady come look at it in the parking lot. i just wanted to know more for when they called back...go figure they didnt call back, not sure why i expected good service this time when it was so bad last time,

anyway i did think of a way to get results if they say they wont do anything about it.....heres the plan if they say they wont do anything than in attempt to seud them into redoing them i am going to threaten to leave the graphics on the bike go to the local car show (there is a smaler weekly one every friday all summer long) and put a sign on the bike that says "graphics done by these guys"

anyway i have been too crazy busy with work to get back with them, im going to call them back hopefully later today or tomorrow.
