Has ayone here had to replace valves in their older (95) engines? Where is the best place to order them?

Is it possible to grind the valves if they are not burned very badly? If so, could I grind the valves, then lap them into the seats? I work in a machine shop, and could very easily do the machine work if this is a possibility.

Yes, BUT!

You will likely find your inlet valves severely cupped.
In order to remove cupping via grinding, the valve margin
will become quite thin and consequently result in
a much reduced service life.
