Valve shim sizing

I have been getting mixed information regarding the valve shims used on a 2014 fe 501 USA/Canada bike.
can anyone confirm are the shims 8.90mm or 10.0 mm ?

Acording to the parts manual its 8,9mm. I checked both the ktm500 and Husaberg501 for 2014 and they both seem to be 8.9mm.
