I have a 2000 501 FE. A few days ago I decided it was time to adjust the valves and so I did. Anyway, before I played with the valves the bike will start first or second kick, no problem, and will take a few attempts before it would start using the e-start. After I "adjusted" the valves it started very easy using the e-start, which made me really, really happy, but when I tried to use the kick start, this would barely move! So, will someone tell me what's wrong with it?
Another issue, I've been trying to adjust the clutch lever so I don't have to pull all the way to the bars in order to engage the clutch, with no luck thus far.
