some time ago 2005fc550 was able to give us the shim stack and internal specs on the last of the MX machines. is it possible to get the latest specs (we can) of an FE?

it's just that i am slowly getting sorted and it's my desire to upgrade an old shock i have to the best spec i can.

taffy were too interested in the new bike to bother about anythin else. :lol:

They added a 1mm bleed hole to the compression ports of the primary piston.

There you go Taff, I've started the ball rolling for you, now I'm back to the new bike thread......... :)

well i just want to know where people get the shim chart from?

i'll poat FC directly as well. and just ask everyone again - do you know where to locate the latest shim stack numbers for the FE rear shock?

I have not seen any charts posted, but the PDS needle has changed shape, length, taper, etc. so many times, and that for sure impacts the valve stack. Just something to keep in mind.

* '''[[WP fork and shock shims stack FC550 2005]]'''
* '''[[WP shock shims stack FC550 2005 (8.4 N/mm spring)]]'''

this is what i'm talking about.....

come on dealers - don't you know?
