Underseat Fuel Tank

Hi,

I've been told that the above are available for Bergs, but will only fit pre-2004 models because the ECU is in the way on newer stuff.

Is this true? Can you get an underseat tank for post 2004 models? If so who make them?

Seems like to much hard work for me. I'll stick to syphoning it from a mates KTM when he's not looking.

I notice Acerbis make rear mounted aux tanks. I realise that the C of G will be altered, but has anyone had any experience of them?

Hi Taffy - no I didn't notice it on E-Bay, a mate told me about it. I guess he saw it there.

i've got one here. never used it and likely never will. it's used and red.

remember you could use a heat gun and expand your original tank by a litre without even trying...

not of the auxillary tank no but i'll try and get one done over the next week.

i would get the jetting spot on through dale first. your MPG will go through the roof. they come to you very inefficient.

that or a keihin...
