What Tyres Do You Guys Recommend For A '01 FE400?
I Was Thinking Road Legal Trials Tyres.
They Need To Do Some Road Work.

If I am not mistaken the Pirellin MT18's are DOT approved, they are a very good hard terrain tire, that works well in soft terrain. Double check for DOT though.

Hi,

the Michelin Enduro Competition is also not bad.
Street legal and relatively long lasting.

can't agree with hribman about the michelin enduro tyres, i think they're very soft.

where as you can fit an MT18 on the front and it's performance will hold-as will all the top tyres, on the rear it's a different story as the powered wheel rips out all it's own tread and the simple rule is that the smaller the gaps the longer the tyre lasts but also the less grip you have.

i would do summink crazy here, i would go to ORO and ask about those megga cheap barums and maxxis tyres and buy an enduro tyre cheap that you can shag out more often!

the other thing to do is take the free and barely used carcases off of the enduro racers like me who have only done two meetings on them. for free!
